| Profile |
Implementation of SQIP in entire supply base, as well as with engine suppliers.
Ensure process and plant quality for reducing supply base BIS to 10000ppm levels.
Supplier development as per the SQIP process.
Development of parts as per the APQP process.
Conduct tech reviews, PPAPs.
7steps problems solving for closure os SCAR.
System, product and process audit at suppliers end.
Moniter improvement plan for effective implementation.
Develop supplier quality plans in terms of supplier manufacturing, inspection, people capability.
Track and improve supplier capability, conduct training to develop sustained competence.
To coordinate with SQIMS : to achieve sourcing measures.
monthly performance tracking.
to maintain supplier database.
to ensure complience of quality system requirements in sourcing Dept.
to drive audits within sourcing Dept. - various groups. |
