Order Placement |
- Order for the DG set rental to be placed on:
Cummins India Limited, Power Rental Business Unit, 35 A / 1 / 2, Erandwana, Pune 411038

Payment Terms
|
- Two month’s rental charges as advance
- Monthly charges within 7 days from invoice submission date.
- Payment by Demand Draft, of a Nationalized Bank , in favour of - Cummins India Limited.
|
Taxes
|
- MVAT 12.5 % , CST @ 3% against C-form , of invoice value
- Service tax as applicable on Operator services , Commissioning / Decommissioning & Loading/Unloading activities.
- Any other tax as applicable at the time of invoice.

Fuel for DG
Operation
|
- Sets are for operation with HSD only.
- Supply of fuel is NOT in CIL Power Rental Business Unit’s Scope.

Operators
|
- Can be provided by CIL Power Rental Business Unit at additional charges
- Mandatory to have CIL Power Rental Business Unit Operator for sets above 320 KVA.

Unloading

- Can be either as Lump-sum amount or amounts split as per mutual discussions between CIL & customer.

Commissioning
&
Decommissioning
|
- Will be charged extra.
- Services provided by Cummins Field Network.

Delivery
|
- Against receipt of Purchase Order/Contract Agreement along with advance within the mutually agreed time frame
|
DG Set Loading
|
- Average loading of 80 to 85 %.
- Sets not to be overloaded
- For Non-linear loads, limited to 60%
|
Insurance for the
DG Set
|
- By CIL Power Rental Business Unit
|
Guarantees
|
- Uptime & Guaranteed Fuel efficiency (Min load factor 80-85 %) Will differ from case to case basis based on operational requirements & Loads
|
