| Electronic Fuel Control Governor (EFC) |
Engine speed sensing is done with magnetic pick up unit &input fed to electronic PID controller. The controller gives output EFC actuatormounted on PT fuel pump. This advanced governing system can be retrofitted engines hydraulic governors.
Features
• Accurate speed sensing & PID (Proportional- Integral - Derivative) control achieves steady state speed stability of
+/-0.25 % at any constant load
• A1 class governing with transient response of 15 msec.
• Both isochronous & droop governing are possible.
• Solid state potentiometer is available for faster synchronizing & load sharing functions. |

| *InPower TM Electronic Engine Service Tool |
With InPower TM PC based service tool you could unleash the full potential of smart engine electronics. What you need to do is to just install InPower TM onto your PC and then connect to the engine using a Datalink cable and security device. From then on you get a window into the heart of the engine, checking fuel-efficiency trends, pinpointing faults, viewing operational history , the limits for safety. Not only you can view key parameters but you can easily adjust . Using the Power Limiter feature you can optimize your engine for standby, prime or base load applications.
Diagnostics & Prognostics
With InPower TM you can minimize engine downtime, as diagnostics just became a lot easier and faster. The software reaches out to the engine sensors and management system to evaluate service requirement using fault screens, precise diagrams and step-by-step directions. Prognosis capability enables you to schedule service and maintenance for when it least affects your genset operations.
System requirements
• PC with Microsoft WindowsTM 95, 98 or NT 4.0
• Compatible with Cummins Electronic engine management systems on QSK45-G,QSK60-G |
