The position will be responsible for Sales & Market development of 160-2000 kva Diesel product lines & Gas Stoic Products and overall development of Cummins Power generation in coordination with Commercial LHP, ESB & Rental personnel in West Bengal, Orissa, Jharkand, North East Region. Key Responsibilities include :
A) Develop and implement programs for new products and key product lines in the region.
B) Responsible for market share and AOP achievement in the assigned states
Corporate sales coverage.
C) Seminars and Market development activities in coordination with other parts of Commercial Power Gen.
D) Strengthen relationships with consultants and dealers.
E) Key Account Management.
F) Support ESB for sales and enquiry management in the region.
G) Coordination and Technical Sales Support for OEM branches in the states.
H) Customer Relationship Management programs for in-fold and OOF customers.
I) Coordination with CDSS offices on key service development efforts.
J) Compilation of market intelligence.
K) Report to HO on monthly basis on sales performance.
L) Responsible for GOEM Account – Technical / Commercial.
M) Tracking & ensuring customer satisfaction.
N) Engine inspections – coordinating, organizing & tracking.
O) Coordinating with all departments in CIL for technical & commercial issues.
Diploma or Graduation - Electrical / Mechanical with Minimum 4 to 5 Yrs. Product Sales / Marketing Experience.
Profile
A) Position is responsible for market rental product within respective locations and co-ordinate entire activity like, marketing rental business, manage receivables, enhance corporate contact.
B) Maintain and enhance fleet utilization.
C) Realize Rs/MW ratio etc.
D) Work closely with CSS dealer network to capture network strength & generate rental lead , provide excellent service support for rental fleet.
