Diploma(Mechanical / Production) with 5 to 10 years of Tool Room manufacturing areaexperience.
Experience in operating various types of machining centers with FANUC controller.
Expert in Auto- CAD & Pro-E. Expert in using first principle method for inspection. Knowledge of manufacturing Jigs, Fixtures and SPM building.
Profile
Study the component drawings which are to be manufactured on Jig Boring machine.
Knowledge of Jig Grinding Processes.
Functional knowledge of Cutting Tools & its parameters.
Practical knowledge & hand on experience of operating machines centers.
Conversant with Auto-CAD & Pro-E software.
Conversant with precision measuring instruments such as Bore Gauge, Bore Micrometers etc.
Knowledge of CMM reports and co-relate with CNC program.
Monitor daily output on Jig Boring machines.
Execution of daily load on Jig Boring machine & co-ordination with Fitting line.
Assembly knowledge of Jigs, Fixtures & Machine building.
When ever required he should operate all Jig Boring machines after getting proper training.
Practice daily Kaizen.

BE(Mechanical / Production) with Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience in handling Tool Crib (Tool Sharpening) actively, as in charge of a professional Tool Crib (Tool Re sharpening area)
Experience in various types of Tool regrinding processes, knowledge of cutting tools and various metal cutting processes.
Profile

Co-ordinate between various sections of the BU for timely support.
Daily planning of Monthly targeted pre-set tooling and tooling replenishment.
Support various company initiatives such as Kaizen / Six Sigma / Cost Reduction / SMED etc.
Outline manufacturing for various new tooling for new parts.
Manage raw material stock & tool stores.
Resolve process related technical issues in machining areas.
Arrange special Tooling required in Tool Crib.
Support Shop Operations to resolve their tooling related issues.
Practice daily Kaizen. Up to date knowledge of latest technology tools used for production of diesel engine components.
Knowledge and hands on experience of Tool regrinding machines – Universal Tool & Cutter grinder, CNC Profile grinding machines, CNC 3 & 5 axis grinding machines, Drill point grinding machines, Micro bore grinding machines , Board & Hob grinding machines.
Knowledge of basic production processes , CNC machining centers & metrology equipment
Experience in KANBAN system, Pre – set tooling.
Resolution of tool related issues on the shop floor.
Tool life analysis, Cost benefit analysis, New tool prove-outs and tool life monitoring.
