Work out schedules for all Class B and C items based on consumption pattern, production plan and stock in hand to the supplier in time.
Continuous monitoring of Delivery and quality of suppliers and feedbacks and follow up.
Monitoring Inventory of these items on Daily weekly basis and be within the entitlement limits. Taking corrective actions to maintain the inventory within entitlement limits.
Supplier account management for these items
Work with supplier suppliers for quality improvement and delivery improvement
Effective coordination with planning production and quality meeting the delivery and quality commitments.
Coordination with purchase/sourcing team to resolve commercial and major quality issues.
Ensuring receipt of materials in our stock within 24 hours by resolving documentation issues. Knowledge of manufacturing process at vendors
Exposure on JIT delivery and Kanban systems
Knowledge of commercial terms and applicable taxes and duties
Exposure to MRP system
